The 2011 Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race will mark the start of the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia’s 2011/12 offshore racing season and seven-race Blue Water Pointscore Series which includes the 2011 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. As in previous years, the 2011 race will mark the third of the four event championship series sponsored by Audi Australia. Read more

This year’s event will be held between the 19th and the 27th of August. Competition is shaping up to be fierce with entrants up by more than 30 percent on the number of registrations that had been lodged by this time last year. With all of the organised off-water events and the excellent Island facilities, Audi Hamilton Island Race Week has become Australia’s largest offshore yachting regatta. Read more
