Audi Sydney Harbour Regatta was established to provide an opportunity for sailors to participate in a weekend regatta on Sydney Harbour. Racing is open to all Australian and International yachts, from IRC and PHS racing and cruising classes to the very popular international classes. The event is also part of the Audi Australian IRC Championship.

Sydney Harbour’s premier yacht racing championship, the event has created an enormous amount of excitement on the Australian Sailing Scene and is complemented by the offering of a luxury Audi vehicle, for the overall winner.

Racing will be conducted with the assistance of Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron (RSYS), Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club (RPEYC), Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA), Sydney Amateur Sailing Club (SASC), Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club (RPAYC), Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club (RPEYC), Manly Yacht Club (MYC) Royal Australian Navy Sailing Association (RANSA) and Sydney Flying Squadron (SFS).

The Regatta provides a wide variety of shore-side activities for competitors, their guests and members of the Club.

The social program includes an Opening Cocktail Party (2 March 2010), Henri Lloyd Fashion Parades, Audi Happy Hour, Beach Parties including live entertainment and beach barbeque, official prize ceremony and more.

The Audi Sydney Harbour Regatta is now Sydney Harbour’s largest, most successful Regatta since the 2000 Olympics.

Training: 2 x 4 hours.

Approximate Race Duration: The Regatta is held over 2 days.

Inclusions: PFD, Safety gear, lunch, training and preparation, race entry fee, insurance, fuel, berthing fees. Documentation.

Exclusions: Travel, accommodation and wet weather gear.
